Block Stacker
Block Stacker is a puzzle on an 8 by 8 grid. You get three pieces at a time and place them one by one. Fill a full row or column to clear it and score. The round ends when none of your pieces fit.
How to play
- Drag a piece from the tray onto the grid.
- Drop it where it fits, so it covers only empty squares.
- Fill a full row or column to clear it.
- Keep placing pieces until none of the remaining ones fit.
- Press Start to play a new game.
Controls
Desktop: Drag pieces with the mouse. On the keyboard, 1, 2 or 3 picks a piece, the arrow keys move it, and Enter or Space places it.
Phone and tablet: Drag a piece onto the grid with your finger.
Tips
- Before you place a big piece, look for gaps that a small piece could fill.
- Clear a row or column when you can. Open space makes the next piece easier to place.
- On a computer, the number keys are quicker than the mouse for picking a piece.
